1. Service Description

EsimSuper provides digital eSIM data plans for international travel. We are a reseller of mobile data services from local carriers worldwide. By purchasing a plan from EsimSuper, you agree to these terms of service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from EsimSuper. By purchasing, you confirm you meet this requirement. You are responsible for ensuring your device is eSIM-compatible and unlocked.

3. Purchases and Refunds

• Unactivated plans: Full refund within 14 days of purchase
• Activated plans: Pro-rated refund for unused data (minus activation fee)
• Technical issues: Full refund or replacement if the plan fails through no fault of the customer

4. Service Limitations

Data speeds depend on local carrier networks and are not guaranteed. Coverage depends on carrier availability in your specific location. EsimSuper is not responsible for network outages or service interruptions caused by local carriers.

5. Prohibited Uses

• eSIM plans are for personal use only
• Reselling or commercial use without authorization is prohibited
• Tethering/hotspot use may be restricted depending on the plan
• Use for illegal activities is strictly prohibited

6. Limitation of Liability

EsimSuper is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific plan that caused the issue.

7. Governing Law
