Scan the QR Code

Open your device settings and scan the QR code from your confirmation email. Here's how to do it on different devices:

Activate Your eSIM

iPhone: Go to Settings > Cellular > Add eSIM and scan the QR code.
Samsung: Go to Settings > Connections > SIM Manager > Add eSIM and scan.
Google Pixel: Go to Settings > Network & Internet > SIMs > Add eSIM.

Connect to the Network

When you arrive at your destination, enable Data Roaming for the eSIM line. Your eSIM will automatically connect to the best local network. You're now online!

⚠ Troubleshooting Tips

Make sure Airplane Mode is OFF
Ensure Data Roaming is enabled for the eSIM line
Try manually selecting a local carrier in network settings
Restart your device if the eSIM doesn't connect
Check that your device is unlocked (not carrier-locked)
